AI music only works long-term if it is distributed responsibly. These rules protect you, listeners, and the artists the whole ecosystem depends on.
Allowed
- Music you generated with AI tools, when you own or control all rights the tool’s license grants you
- Hybrid work: AI-assisted production, AI vocals based on your own voice, AI-written parts of your songs
- Fully AI-generated tracks, disclosed and billed at the flat AI rate
Not allowed
- Impersonating real artists: voice clones or soundalikes of identifiable artists without their permission
- Audio you don’t hold the rights to: uncleared samples, other people’s masters, or outputs your AI tool’s license doesn’t let you commercialize
- Generic “search-string” artist names (“Sleep Music”, “ASMR”…) instead of a real performing identity
- Hiding AI content or trying to bypass detection. Flagged tracks are always billed and disclosed as AI
